Since I'm all about the rainbows, as well as planning and organisation, I decided I wanted something pretty and functional to assist with my reading habits. So I designed a bookmark with allocated areas to keep post-it flags handy. And I made it super pretty.
You can jump straight to the end of the post to download the printable and just cut it out and whack it in your book. Or, if you want to be a perfectionist - and you've got the tools - follow along with my photo-demo of how I made mine not just pretty, but pretty-darn-tough, too.
Back when I was at Uni we used to buy pads of this stuff called StudioTak. I remember it was really expensive and I was always scared to use it ... I think it was basically a very manual way of being a human Xyron!
Anyway, I still have that student mentality when it comes to art supplies and waste - so I made two bookmarks at once, and they fit perfectly across the Xyron at the same time.
Now just add you post-it flags, and you're ready to go. Hooray! Happy reading!
