Something that features somewhat prominently on my "100 Things to do in 2013" list is Body Stuff. And I BET you've got body stuff on your list, too. Right? Tone my arms, get a flat tummy, clear my skin .... blah blah, so what am I really gonna do about it? Well for me, I'm gonna become a Radiant Goddess ... at least for 3 weeks.
OK, so I'm going to put this out there (aka "into the universe") to get some soul sisters on board. I attempted this course in January, and asked Z to do it with me - that didn't go so good. Well, I made it about half way through. But during that time, I felt AH-MAY-ZING! So, since February is starting at the end of this week, I'm getting ready to give it another shot.

I AM! Maaaaybe I'll be a little easy on myself for my birthday, and it would be rude to not eat any Valentines Chocolates ... but overall I think it's a FAB way to recover from the January madness. Hope someone will join me!
Aaand, of course, if you want to do something for the world as well as for yourself, you could make this a part of your FebFast - Money raised through febfast goes to programs which help vulnerable young people and families who are tackling serious alcohol and drug issues. I'll raise a glass (of fresh made juice and/or sparkling mineral water) to that!
